SigEp recruits new members at UNC through both IFC Formal Recruitment and year-round on a rolling basis.  We can do this because the Balanced Man Program allows members to set their own optimal pace.  This strategy is used in SigEp chapters across the country and is the reason we dominate the nation with over 14,000 undergraduate members.
